In 2016, we acquired our office at 36 Bridge Road in Oulton Broad.

For the first few months, our workspace was humble, we operated from a laptop balanced on a cardboard box.

By 2017, the building had been transformed, doubling its size – we added two new office spaces on the ground floor, two flats at basement level, and a large flat on the first floor.

Looking back, those early days make us smile, they shaped who we are as a business today.

We tracked our progress by the clothes we wore to work, starting with overalls, moving to dirty jeans, then clean jeans, and finally transitioning to office wear as the refurbishment progressed.

Moments like these remind us of how far we’ve come and deepen our appreciation for what we’ve built.

Now in 2025, we manage over 300 properties and are supported by a fantastic team of staff, landlords, and tenants.

We are dedicated to lettings and do not operate as estate agents, allowing us to focus solely on providing exceptional service in this field.
