Simon has over 30 years’ experience within the construction industry, he is also a seasoned Landlord himself. His knowledge and understanding of the building trade gives him first-hand experience of all property needs and the importance of time constraints, reliability, efficiency and health and safety. Simon enjoys cycling, wake boarding and snowboarding in his leisure time.
